The company also provides various integrated systems, including drivetrain systems, rolling chassis systems, sealing systems, and suspension systems. It manufactures and markets various commercial vehicle systems, modules, and services comprising front steer, rear drive, and auxiliary axles; driveshafts, steering shafts; suspensions; tire management systems; gaskets and gasket kits; cylinder head cover modules; thermal acoustic protective shields; and valve stem seals. In addition, the company designs, manufactures, assembles, and markets off-highway drivetrain components and systems, such as axles, transaxles, driveshafts and end-fittings, transmissions, torque converters, electronic controls, brakes, and replacement parts. Further, it supplies replacement components that include axles, transmissions, driveshafts, universal joints, brakes, clutch, and gaskets. Dana Holding Corporation serves agriculture, construction, marine, racing and performance, industrial equipment, automotive and light truck, medium and heavy-duty truck, mining, forestry, material handling, specialty chassis, outdoor power equipment, leisure/utility vehicles, and various industrial markets. The company offers its products under Spicer, Victor Reinz, and Long names. It has strategic alliances with various companies, including Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC, Eaton Corporation, GETRAG GmbH & Cie KG, and GKN plc. The company was founded in 1904.
